GA (October 3, 2007) The Citizenship Education Fund
and the Rainbow PUSH Coalition present the 8th
Annual Creating
Opportunity Conference in Atlanta,
October 25-27. Venues include Atlanta Life
(Thursday), Hyatt Regency (Friday and Saturday) and
Ebenezer Baptist Church on Auburn Ave (Saturday
morning). According to Rev. Jesse L. Jackson, Sr.,
President and Founder of RPC, “the agenda is packed
with features that will inform and inspire you,
including a Town Hall Meeting on the economics of
the criminal justice system, the latest information
on mortgage foreclosure, the role of faith in
achieving social justice and an update on the
ongoing effort to promote dignity and decency in
media.”
