Janice Mathis

As General Counsel to the Rainbow Push
Coalition and Vice President of the
Citizen Education Fund, Janice Mathis is
a very busy lady. CEF operates The Wall
Street Project and the Peachtree Street
Profect in
Atlanta, as
well as six other regional offices
around the country. As Counsel to
Rainbow Push, Janice represented them in
negotiations with some of the largest
publicly traded companies, including
General Motors and Coca Cola. She
served as Lead Negotiator in the Rainbow
Push discussions with Toyota, which
resulted in a $7.8 billion diversity
initiative. The Wall Street and the
Peachtree Street Projects conduct
research and sponsor educational
programs to protect and extend civic and
economic rights, liberties, and
opportunities. |
